By submitting an order or preorder, you confirm that the product, model, size, colour, specifications, quantity, price, payment requirement and estimated delivery time have been reviewed with you.
Orders and pricing
- Product prices and delivery charges are confirmed before payment.
- In-stock products require full payment.
- Preorders up to and including ৳30,000 per item require a 50% advance, unless paid in full.
- Preorders above ৳30,000 per item require a 30% advance, unless paid in full.
Custom and preorder products
Many products are sourced, manufactured, sized or configured according to a customer’s confirmed requirements. Once sourcing or production begins, an order cannot be cancelled or returned merely because the customer changes their mind or provided an incorrect specification.
Delivery
Coffee machines and accessories, CPAP machines and window-cleaning robots normally require 3–4 weeks. Robotic vacuum cleaners and mattresses normally require 7–8 weeks. Please read our Delivery Policy for the complete terms.
Returns and refunds
If we make an error in the confirmed product, specification or quantity, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Eligible approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Please read our Return and Refund Policy.
