Our products are generally sourced on preorder and may be manufactured, sized or configured according to the customer’s confirmed requirements.
Estimated timelines
- 3–4 weeks: coffee machines and accessories, CPAP machines and window-cleaning robots.
- 7–8 weeks: robotic vacuum cleaners and mattresses.
The applicable timeline begins after the required payment is received and all product specifications are confirmed. We provide the estimated delivery period before payment.
Delivery charges and delays
Delivery charges are confirmed before payment. International production, freight, customs clearance, public holidays, weather or other events outside our reasonable control may affect the estimate. If a material delay becomes known, we will communicate the revised estimate to the customer.
Receiving an order
Please inspect the package and product promptly after delivery. Report any discrepancy attributable to us within 7 calendar days and retain the packaging, invoice and supporting photographs while we verify the claim.
